A solid and ergonomic lightsaber
The hilts of my custom lightsabers are made from a single piece of aluminium which eliminates any risk of parts coming loose, which is important due to vibrations generated when two blades meet. All internal components were arranged in a way to provide the best balance with the blade.
They are made from solid aluminium bar stock that is then machined on a lathe and a mill. This guarantees very high mechanical durability and ensures it stays together even when used in intense fights. In contrast to most imported sabers my lightsaber is made as a monolith and eliminates any threaded connections which are most prone to coming loose.
A blade made to fight
- A specially designed blade tip helps illuminate it evenly.
- Extremely strong, thick-walled, polycarbonate blade.
- Length chosen in a way to provide the best balance and rigidity, even during heavy duelling.
- Made from industrial grade polycarbonate which is very resistant to cracking and deforming.
The blade is held by screws which allows for quick removal. End of the blade is made in a way to best reflect the light back to the blade and ensure as even illumination as possible.
Functional elements
- A flat, illuminated metal pushbutton provides easy access without protruding from the hilt.
- A USB type C port allows for charging and communication with your PC or phone.
- Resin 3D printed internal chassis isolates electronic components from vibrations and impacts.
All the elements are designed, manufactured and assembled in Bielsko-Biała. This way I have full control over the whole process which results in an engineering precision where each detail has its own reason.
A hilt that guarantees strong grip
Each hilt is designed with ergonomic grip in mind. Its profile ensures that your fingers find their natural positions and help with smoother movement.
The center of mass is moved as close to the hilt as possible which improves lightsaber handling and the ability to perform more precise moves. Thanks to its mass distribution my lightsabers will work very well for quick spins and reversals.
